Clary Sage essential oil, 15 ml
This gorgeous oil is not only wonderful for a woman’s sleep but her hormones will love this. Clary sage contains phytoestrogens- plant-based estrogens. It is grounding and comforting and just makes me feel very womanly.
My Favorite Uses: Clary Sage is a girl's best friend! It naturally helps support healthy estrogen and progesterone levels and is GREAT to use prior to and during your cycle. Also, when your estrogen levels are a bit higher (as they are during certain times of the month), your body is going to feel more "in the mood" and you'll feel more frisky. If you're older, you may be experiencing some changes in your body. Apply Clary Sage to the inner thighs or below the navel to help increase natural lubrication. This is also a great oil to add as a middle note to a DIY perfume blend of Orange, Ylang Ylang, and/or Joy.
Roman Chamomile essential oil, 5 ml
This oil has been used for centuries by mamas to calm crying and fussy babies. Mom friends, I present to you the answer to all your problems! Kidding...sort of...because this oil is incredible for children and adults - ALL the calm. It helps to relieve stress and dispel anger and can even allow us to start letting go of past emotions that are holding us back. All my Tranquil Roll-On lovers - THIS is why you love that roll on so much!
My Favorite Use: I love, love, LOVE Roman Chamomile at bedtime! I may actually be a hoarder of Roman Chamomile so that I don't run out. Getting it for FREE???? Yes, please! I like to apply it to my wrists and chest at bedtime or anytime I need a bit of an unwind from the day.
Cinnamon Bark Vitality essential oil, 5 ml
This one is all about healthy digestion and a healthy immune system. You’ll find it in Thieves, Inner Defense, and Abundance, to name a few.
• Add a drop or two to your NingXia Red for a “hot shot”.
• Dilute 1–2 drops in a vegetarian gel capsule and take as a dietary supplement to support your regular digestion.
• Take a banana smoothie to a sweet new level with a drop of Cinnamon Bark Vitality.
• Use a drop to spice up your hot cereal. Substitute Cinnamon Bark Vitality in any recipe that calls for ground cinnamon. This oil supports the circulatory system, cardiovascular system, and digestive system. My Favorite Uses: Peppermint is such a great pick me up when diffused or breathed in! There's also nothing like it for supporting your digestive system during times of occasional nausea. Peppermint Vitality is FANTASTIC added to brownie mixes, fudge, hot cocoa or coffee. YUM!!!!
