Clary Sage essential oil, 15 ml

This gorgeous oil is not only wonderful for a woman’s sleep but her hormones will love this. Clary sage contains phytoestrogens- plant-based estrogens. It is grounding and comforting and just makes me feel very womanly. 

My Favorite Uses: Clary Sage is a girl's best friend! It naturally helps support healthy estrogen and progesterone levels and is GREAT to use prior to and during your cycle. Also, when your estrogen levels are a bit higher (as they are during certain times of the month), your body is going to feel more "in the mood" and you'll feel more frisky. If you're older, you may be experiencing some changes in your body. Apply Clary Sage to the inner thighs or below the navel to help increase natural lubrication. This is also a great oil to add as a middle note to a DIY perfume blend of Orange, Ylang Ylang, and/or Joy.


Roman Chamomile essential oil, 5 ml

This oil has been used for centuries by mamas to calm crying and fussy babies. Mom friends, I present to you the answer to all your problems! Kidding...sort of...because this oil is incredible for children and adults - ALL the calm. It helps to relieve stress and dispel anger and can even allow us to start letting go of past emotions that are holding us back. All my Tranquil Roll-On lovers - THIS is why you love that roll on so much!

My Favorite Use: I love, love, LOVE Roman Chamomile at bedtime! I may actually be a hoarder of Roman Chamomile so that I don't run out. Getting it for FREE???? Yes, please! I like to apply it to my wrists and chest at bedtime or anytime I need a bit of an unwind from the day.


Cinnamon Bark Vitality essential oil, 5 ml

This one is all about healthy digestion and a healthy immune system. You’ll find it in Thieves, Inner Defense, and Abundance, to name a few.
• Add a drop or two to your NingXia Red for a “hot shot”.
• Dilute 1–2 drops in a vegetarian gel capsule and take as a dietary supplement to support your regular digestion.
• Take a banana smoothie to a sweet new level with a drop of Cinnamon Bark Vitality.
• Use a drop to spice up your hot cereal. Substitute Cinnamon Bark Vitality in any recipe that calls for ground cinnamon. This oil supports the circulatory system, cardiovascular system, and digestive system.  I know it’s too good to be true that something can be part of smelling like a cookie and good for your digestion but it’s real friends - and heck - free! WOOT! Aaaand.... apparently the Cinnamon Bark aroma attracts wealth. I can’t promise dollar bills coming at you… but, why not?!!!  (What a perfect oil for the new year vision!)
My Favorite Uses: There's nothing quite like diffusing Cinnamon Bark during the winter months. Warm and cozy, it makes these chilly days more joyful! Brian also likes to take Cinnamon Bark Vitality in a capsule to help support healthy blood sugar levels.

Peppermint essential oil, limited-edition 10 ml

• Chill out with a foot rub. If your feet are cramping after a day on the slopes, dilute a drop of Peppermint with 4 drops of carrier oil and get kneading.

• Stimulate the senses. If dark winter skies make you feel sleepy, perk up with the refreshing scent of Peppermint—available in an exclusive 10 ml size.

My Favorite Uses: Peppermint is such a great pick me up when diffused or breathed in! There's also nothing like it for supporting your digestive system during times of occasional nausea. Peppermint Vitality is FANTASTIC added to brownie mixes, fudge, hot cocoa or coffee. YUM!!!!

Here's a little info about each oil:

Frankincense, 15 ml
Soak in scented suds. Mix 5 drops of Frankincense with 1 tablespoon of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and pour it in your bath water for a relaxing dip. Reconnect with your purpose. Rub a drop or two of Frankincense into your hands, cup them lightly over your nose, and breathe in the grounding scent.

My Favorite Uses*:  Put a drop on the crown of your head to support clear thinking and brain health. Put a drop of Frankincense in your daily moisturizer to support youthful-looking skin.

Bergamot, 5 ml
Diffuse the tension. Life’s daily hassles are no match for the tart, tranquil scent of Bergamot. Cleanse your complexion. Add Bergamot to your night cream or toner for fresh-faced confidence.*

My Favorite Use*: Diffuse Bergamot with any of your other favorites for an added citrus scent and enjoy its uplifting benefits!

Tame your mane. Massage Cedarwood into your scalp for healthy-looking, touchable tresses .vKeep calm and say "om..." Breathe in Cedarwood’s grounding and relaxing aroma.

My Favorite Use: I  apply Cedarwood to the bottom of my big toes at every night at bedtime for a restful night's sleep.

Go with your gut. Get on track for healthy digestion with a capsule a day of Life 9.* Welcome wellness. Support a strong immune system with 17 billion live cultures from nine types of good bacteria.

My Favorite Use*: The gut health support of this supplement is absolutely phenomenal! 

*Orange, 15 ml
Trick and treat your senses. Diffuse 5 drops Orange, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark, and 1 drop Nutmeg for that warm cookie scent. Reveal your inner radiance. Dab Orange essential oil onto blemishes before bed! This beauty secret will have you waving goodbye to bad skin days.

My Favorite Uses*: We use this oil daily in our house.  It's one of our favorites to diffuse, use on dryer balls or put on a piece of paper towel in the bottom of the garbage can or under the seats of our car. Such a HAPPY oil!

**Cinnamon Bark, 5 ml
Indulge in some TLC. Add a few drops of Cinnamon Bark to your favorite massage oil and rub over achy muscles and joints. Rock "scentsational" spice. Blend Cinnamon Bark with a carrier oil and dab it onto your wrists or neck for an enticing personal fragrance. 

My Favorite Uses*: We go through BOTTLES of this during the fall and winter! It's hands down our favorite to diffuse during those months. Combine it with any combination of the Orange, Bergamot, Nutmeg, Cedarwood and even the Frankincense and you'll get a blend that's sure to please! SO homey and comforting and great for supporting the immune system!

Nutmeg, 5 ml
Nestle up to Nutmeg. On cool, rainy days, pair this oil’s warm and uplifting aroma with a good book and a cozy blanket. Pamper your belly. When your tummy is feeling crummy, treat yourself to a soothing stomach massage with equal parts Nutmeg essential oil and V-6.

My Favorite Uses*: Some of my friends LOVE to diffuse this at bedtime for a restful night's sleep. I love to diffuse it during the day in any fall blend combo. I also love it for the way it supports my body's natural response to inflammation. For that, I apply it on my joints. I also love the way it supports the health of my adrenals, so I put 20 drops of Nutmeg in a 10 ml roller bottle with 20 drops Endoflex, 10 drops En-R-Gee and 8 drops Clove, then I fill it the rest of the way with a carrier oil and apply it just above my kidneys where my adrenals are located.

Last, but not least, here's an easy and fun DIY using any combo of Cinnamon Bark, Orange, Nutmeg, Cedarwood and Frankincense.
